| Abstract |
This Guide is a result of a NePAD Sector Plan that strives towards a pro-poor NePAD Framework. It is a partnership work of NiZA and the Centre for Public Participation, to build civil society organisations’ capacity to engage with continental structures and thus ensuring that they gain more influence in (inter) national decision-making, and in political and economic spheres.
