Association Africaine de Droit de l’Homme (ASADHO) (partner NiZA)
ASADHO is a human rights organisation with the objective to create an environment in which peace can foster. The organisation focuses on ecological disasters in the DRC and on the socio-economic impact the exploitation of natural resources has on the country and its people. ASADHO is active in raising awareness in communities in order to mobilise them and provide the input needed for lobby and advocacy activities related to economic, environmental and commercial developments. The organisation is a members to other networks and collaborate with other civil society organisations such as CENADEP.
The organisations activities are targeted towards private companies, governmental institutions, students, scholars, jurists, industrial mineworkers and artisan mineworkers.
