| Abstract |
The reconstruction of the DRC after the elections can only be achieved with the contribution of the mining sector. This memorandum highlights bad governance and the lack of transparency with respect to the mining conventions that have been supported by the Transitional Government. It sets out urgent measures that need to be implemented immediately to remedy the situation. |
