Abstract At their meeting in Abuja, Nigeria, the Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOGM) agreed to establish a committee which will examine the issue of Zimbabwe and make recommendations for the best way forward. The statement stressed 'the earnest desire to facilitate the early return of Zimbabwe to the Councils of the Commonwealth.
